Our Terms
The following terms and conditions by Altinkum Beach Wedding planners are necessary to preserve your rights, so please read them carefully.
1. When we receive your acceptance of our estimate we will sent you confimation by email informing you that the date is reserved with ourselves and booked with Didim council.
2. You must then either pay a 50% deposit with the remainder balance due no later than six weeks prior to your arrival date, or you may remit the total cost in one payment.
3. If the balance is not received by the due date, then Altinkum Beach Weddings reserves the right to cancel the booking and make the date available to other clients. (Please note that you will not receive any statements or reminders before the due date.) In this case, monies received will be refundable, subject to the cancellation charges below.
4. In the unlikely event that you have to cancel your booking, please consider the following, where possible, we will try, to make alternative arrangements, dates and times.
4a. All cancellations must be submitted to Altinkum Beach Weddings in writing, either by email or post, and will be effective from the date of receipt by us. In the event of cancellation, the following charges will be made by ourselves: 6 weeks or less prior to arrival 100%, 6 months or less prior to arrival 50%, form booking date 25%
4b.If a client cancels a reservation we will immediately make the date/arrangements available to other clients and, if we manage to resell the booking, we will then refund the original client all monies held by us less our administration fees.
4c.Altinkum Beach Weddings makes no guarantees in this regard and will not enter into any discussion whatsoever on the subject. We undertake the above policy as a goodwill gesture to our clients and is our decision is final.
5. It is your responsiblity for ensuring that you are in possession of all legal and travel documents required for your wedding and that they are valid and correct.
6 If you have a complaint during your stay in Altinkum you must inform one of our wedding planners or representatives who will then do their best to resolve the problem on the spot but always remeber we can only deal with issues that you might have with our services, however we will try to help you with issues with outside agencies, but are not legally abliged to do so.
7. Whilst every care is taken in choosing the photographs and compiling the information on this website, they are representative and for guidance only. Whilst we are committed to providing the best possible service to our customers, Altinkum Beach Weddings cannot be held responsible for not providing the exact representation shown therein.
8. Please note that if any agreed meetings dates with ourselves are missed or cancelled within 24hrs or less of the meeting date, you will incur extra admin fee for doing so.
