Legal requirements vary from country to country. If you are in any doubt you should contact your tour operator for clarification. This should be done soon after reserving your wedding, becuase in many cases you are required to present certain doccuments wel in advance of travel.

As a guide, the legal requirements for many countries are as follows:

Passports required with at least six months remaining

Birth Certificates for both the Bride and Groom

A decree absolute if either the Bride or Groom has been married before

Spouse’s death certificate if either the Bride or Groom is widowed

Adoption certificate if either the Bride or Groom are adopted

Parental consent if either the Bride or Groom are under 18 years of age

A statement of personal details, including address, occupation, full names.
